6. Warranty Policy

Watches purchased from our store come with a 1-year operation warranty (vintage watches have a 3-month warranty). We will provide free repair or adjustment for natural failures that occur under normal use.

【Cases Not Covered by Warranty】

・Failures due to carelessness, misuse, modification, and damage due to natural disasters.

・Changes in appearance during use (minor scratches on case, band, glass, etc.).

・Failure to present the warranty card, or if alterations to the contents are found.

7. Delivery Notes & International Shipping

・If a product is returned due to long-term absence or an incomplete address, the re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

・Delivery may take longer than planned depending on weather, customs clearance, or regional traffic conditions.
