Warranty Details
If a malfunction or defect occurs under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or adjust it free of charge. In the case of a warranty repair, customers will not be charged for parts.
※Please note that even within the warranty period, repairs outside the warranty terms will incur a fee.
Warranty Period
Watches purchased at our store come with a 1-year warranty (vintage watches have a 3-month warranty). This warranty fundamentally covers operational defects under normal use and does not cover loss or malfunctions due to natural disasters.
Regarding Battery Replacement:
- If within the warranty period, the first battery replacement is free of charge.
- Battery replacement is applicable to quartz watches, excluding antique watches.
- For highly water-resistant watches, we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's specified water resistance.
Warranty Terms (Exclusions)
In the following cases, even within the warranty period, coverage will be excluded, and actual costs will be charged:
- When our company determines that the quality and functionality are within acceptable limits and there is no problem.
- Malfunctions or defects caused by submersion in water or water entering the internal mechanism.
- Malfunctions or defects due to flood, accident, or natural disaster.
- Malfunctions or damage to external parts such as the case, band, glass, or crown.
- Damage to the winding stem, balance staff, mainspring, or other consumables, and their replacement.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect handling or carelessness.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs, modifications, or overhauls performed at other stores.
- Accuracy abnormalities or stopping caused by magnetization.
Important Notes
- Warranty certificates cannot be reissued. They are also valid only for the original purchaser.
- Repairs will be conducted at our designated facility. Substitute parts may be used.
- For used items, stains and dirt are not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty coverage is valid only within Japan. We cannot accept requests from overseas.
