About Orders and Pricing
Please add the desired product to your cart and proceed to checkout. All items are one-of-a-kind and may sell out depending on the timing.
※Sales prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in precious metal market prices (gold rates) and market conditions. The price at the time of order confirmation will be applied.

PAYMENT
Payment Methods
- Online Payment: For customers outside Japan, bank transfer is the only accepted payment method.
- In-store Payment: Cash, credit card, shopping loan, WechatPay, Alipay
※Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.

RETURN
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted. However, we will respond only in the following cases, provided we are contacted within 3 days of arrival.
- Significant damage or breakage upon delivery
- Receipt of a product different from the one ordered
- Malfunction due to initial defects (excluding age-related changes in antique items, etc.)
※Please return the product, all accessories (box, warranty card)

WARRANTY
1-Year Operation Warranty and Disclaimer
Watches purchased from our store come with a 1-year operation warranty (vintage watches have a 3-month warranty). We will provide free repair or adjustment for natural failures that occur under normal use.
【Cases Not Covered by Warranty】
- Failures due to carelessness, misuse, modification, and damage due to natural disasters
- Changes in appearance during use (minor scratches on case, band, glass, etc.)
- Failure to present the warranty card, or if alterations to the contents are found
