We offer free insured express shipping on all orders.every order is fully insured during transit, at no extra cost to you.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer, in-store shopping loans, and various credit cards are available in-store. We also accept WeChat Pay and Alipay in-store.
Do I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Yes, all products are genuine. Our store employs experienced appraisers who conduct strict authenticity checks, and we only stock products that meet our standards. We also have direct supply routes from manufacturers, so please rest assured.
Why do identical models have different prices?
Prices vary depending on market trends, fluctuations in gold rates, product condition (scratches), presence or absence of accessories, and the year of the warranty card.
Can I get more detailed information about the condition of an item that is not listed on the website?
Yes, our specialized staff will assist you individually. We can send detailed photos via phone, email, or LINE. You can also inspect the actual item in person at our store.

Is belt size adjustment available?
Yes, size adjustments for products purchased from our store are free, whether in-store or online. Please feel free to request this service.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, we offer free gift wrapping. If you wish to use this service, please specify it in the remarks section when placing your order.
Please tell me about the warranty.
Watches purchased from our store come with a one-year operational warranty(three months for vintage watches). This covers natural malfunctions that occur under normal use (loss or malfunctions due to natural disasters are not covered).
What if the battery runs out soon after purchase?
If the battery runs out within one year of purchase, our technician will replace it free of charge. Please contact us for details regarding shipping costs and other information.
Can I request maintenance for a watch purchased from another store?
We regret to inform you that our repair and maintenance services are only available for "products purchased from our store." We appreciate your understanding.
Can I return or exchange a product after purchase?
For products purchased through our online shop, returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.
However, if any of the following conditions apply, and you contact us within "3 days" of receiving the product, we may offer a warranty, return, or refund:
- If there is obvious damage or dirt visible upon delivery.
